Terms of Service

Unless a different governing law or forum is agreed in a signed writing, these public terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes under these public terms will be handled in courts located in Kansas.
The public website, read-only demonstrations, partner portal, and related services are governed by the current Terms of Service. Demonstrations are illustrative, non-production experiences and are not professional advice or verified customer outcomes.
Privacy Notice
Raven uses submitted business, account, delivery, technical, and security information to review requests, provide and protect authorized services, coordinate delivery, meet applicable obligations, and maintain business records. Raven does not sell personal information submitted through the services.
Data Handling Statement
Retention follows the purpose of each record rather than one public timetable. Handoff or account closure does not automatically delete every related record, and verified access, correction, closure, or deletion requests are reviewed against applicable agreements and continuing legal, security, dispute, or business-record needs.
Accessibility Statement
Raven works toward semantic structure, keyboard operation, readable contrast, responsive layouts, reduced-motion support, and clear issue reporting. This statement describes current practices and does not claim conformance, certification, or that every third-party surface is barrier-free.

A signed agreement controls when it is more specific than or conflicts with these public statements. Legal, privacy, data, accessibility, account, and service questions can be sent to the verified public business address.
