Policies
Know the operating baseline before delivery starts.
These current public practices help surface questions before intake. They are not a certification, service-level guarantee, or substitute for signed engagement terms.
Payments
Deposits, retainers, invoices, external service costs, late-payment responses, and taxes are governed by the applicable signed agreement or proposal.
Scope and changes
Material changes to outcomes, cost, timing, priorities, or access are documented for the named stakeholder to review before delivery direction changes.
Delivery and reporting
The agreed reporting cadence identifies completed work, current work, risks, decisions, and next steps. Documentation and acceptance evidence are tailored to the signed scope.
Handoff and access
Closeout identifies delivered artifacts, known open items, ownership, and planned Raven access removal or downgrade. Partner-controlled system owners approve changes in their systems.
Order of precedence
A signed statement of work, order form, master services agreement, addendum, or other authorized writing controls when it is more specific than these public practices.
