The 01, 02, and 03 labels organize independent entry points; they are not required steps, maturity levels, or evidence that the complete family has been implemented. The same four review activities can be applied inside any bounded effort.

  • 01. Frame — Translate one proposed mission question into bounded scenarios, interfaces, assumptions, measures, and review authority.
  • 02. Compare — Plan how compatible candidate approaches would be examined against the same versioned synthetic conditions.
  • 03. Bound — Define proposed local authority, shared-state ownership, stop conditions, and unresolved human handoffs.
  • 04. Integrate — Move only a selected candidate toward approved software, representative compute, and partner-bench review gates.
